Brief Personality Description: Often uncertain of where the reality of where/when he is ends, and where the reality of the inside of his head begins. Has periods of catatonia,
Brief History: A student when Gallifrey burned, he fell through into Pete's World, and into the 82nd century, where he went slowly mad from the inability to hear his people or time, and was committed to a hospital when he finally shut himself away in his head to escape the pain of reality. Near the end of the century, he found another whose mental presence reminded him of home, and drew Rose Tyler to him. He calls her "the wolf who howls at the Void", or more often, just "Wolf Rose", despite Rose trying to get him to use her name. They've just started to travel, and he let Rose pick his name.
